I have just placed an order will I receive a tracking number once the order is shipped?

As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email to track your package.

What is your return policy?

Product returns will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within two weeks of purchase. All items must be in original packaging. Products which has been assembled, installed or used cannot be returned. Also a restocking fee will apply.

What are you payment options?

We accept debit and credit card payments through PayPal. Personal checks and postal money orders are another option if you prefer to order offline. Please contact us for further details. If you would like to place your order by phone please call 1-800-676-1655.

Store hours are from 8 am to 3 pm EST ( Eastern Standard Time ) Monday through Sunday.
